Normally I can function with four to five hours nights, never really getting a full eight hours of sleep, but last night must have been a night of due rest. I had planned on going to the gym around ten or ten thirty and was feeling a little tired, so I thought a nap would be best. Around six thirty I tried to lay down and fall asleep… next thing I knew it was six fifteen, IN THE MORNING!

Not only had I slept for close to twelve hours, I was also LATE FOR WORK, although I haven’t felt this rested in a long time.
